CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking an experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our client’s large-scale resources operation in the Northern Territory . This is a permanent, site-based role offered on a 9-day fortnight roster (5/2, 4/3) with FIFO travel from Darwin. Working closely with site leaders, this position covers the full HR generalist spectrum from recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, and engagement, supporting a workforce in a fast-paced mining environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and professional roles Provide advice on employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance with Fair Work and enterprise agreements Partner with managers to deliver workforce strategies aligned with operational goals Support performance management, investigations, and case management Maintain HR reporting and metrics to support business decisions Drive engagement and retention through people-focused initiatives Our Ideal Candidate: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline (Diploma minimum) Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within mining, construction, or heavy industry Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation and IR frameworks Experience advising leaders on HR practices and employee relations Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a site-based environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust To Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY , or get in touch with Eilish from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0483 987 288 , or send your resume to eilish@celotti.com.au .
